The “Club of Five” come to be from a group of five corporate “types” who shared a common thread – Friends are not defined by salary, position or title.
While we’ve all moved on with our lives, our time together often revolved around fine wine, great food and genuine friendships.
Enjoy life, share good times with great friends, significant others, and most important, help & support each other. This site is a tribute to anyone who feels the same.
Eventually, we’ll create a Cookbook “Table of Contents”. For now, use the “Ingredients & Cuisine” or “Cookbook TOC” links to find recipes. Do try them out and, if you’ve registered on the site, comments are always welcome.
BTW, for now, most of the recipes start off “Lars’s …”, and they’re from Lars’s trial and error over the years. In no way do we suggest Lars has “created” these recipes. While in some cases that may be true, they have all found their roots from wonderful recipes shared by others, tweaked as necessary, and ultimately shared here.
