A Little Personal History:
Living in Castle Pines Village, often frequenting the Country Club for golf, lunch, dinner and other activities, my girls (and me) loved the famous “Castle Pines” milkshake. For my youngest (Erica) it become her favorite dessert/treat. She left me no choice but to attempt to re-create. Here’s what I came up with. What do you think?

Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- For different types of shakes, add ingredients to ice cream before mashing (step 2):
- Chocolate Shake: add ½ cup Coca Powder
- Strawberry Shake: ½ cup fresh/frozen strawberries
- Peach Shake: ½ cup fresh/frozen peaches
- etc, etc.
- This recipe is not for the weight conscious. Feel free to substitute low-fat milk or sugar substitutes, just don’t blame me if it doesn’t quite taste the same.
