Lars's Scorching Hot Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs Chicken wings; separated
- 3 Tbs canola oil
- 3 Tbs Lars's Scorching Hot Sauce (1 Tbs = hot, 2 Tbs = very not, 3-5 Tbs = Scorching)
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
- 1 tsp Lars's Cajun Blast Seasoning
Procedure:
- Set oven to Broil and place rack 6” from the heating element or refer to Notes for grilling instructions.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine oil, hot sauce, vinegar, Cajun Blast Seasoning and whisk thoroughly.
- Place chicken wings on a broiling pan. Using a basting brush, coat the top side of wings with the sauce mixture.
- Broil the wings for 7 minutes on one side. With metal spatula or tongs turn them over, baste top side of wings with sauce mixture, and broil for another 7 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plate and serve immediately with Lars's Ranch Dressing and Lars's Spicy Dipping Sauce
Advanced Preparation:
- Steps 1-3 can be done in advance and refrigerated till ready to broil
Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- Add more or less hot sauce depending on just how hot you like your wings
- You can also cook these wings over the BBQ grill. Cook wings for the same amount of time over medium high heat. Be sure to preheat the BBQ and brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
