A Little Personal History:
One of my favorite dressings and so versatile as a marinate too.
Description:
This dressing is especially great for taco salads or any salad with leftover meat or hardboiled eggs on it! It’s also great as a marinade for chicken and less expensive cuts of steak.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Tbs honey
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp Lars’s Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
- Store in 2 cup salad dressing bottle and keep refrigerated.
- Shake well before serving.
Advanced Preparation:
- The dressing is intended to be refrigerated.
Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- Red Wine Vinegar can bu substituted for apple cider vinegar.
