A Little Personal History:
Spending a rainy afternoon making some of my Worcestershire, ketchup, and chili sauce, it occurred to me, why not add a few more ingredients for some shrimp cocktail sauce. The rest is history.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lars’s Ketchup
- 1 Tbs Lars’s Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Lars’s Chili Sauce
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash Lars’s Scorching Hot Sauce or to taste
Procedure:
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Store in tightly sealed jar.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow ingredients marry together.
Advanced Preparation:
- This sauce is intended to be prepared in advance and refrigerated till needed.
