A Little Personal History:

I wanted an Asian marinade that works well with less expensive cuts of meats, poultry and simple to prepare. Here’s what I came up with and it’s become a favorite marinade, whether for beef or poultry.

Servings: 1 1/3 cups
Time: – Preparation: 10 minutes
Equipment: Measuring Cups and spoons, cutting board & knifes, garlic press, salad dressing bottle
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. On cutting board, cut fresh ginger into small cubes. Using garlic press, press and scrape ginger into 2 cup mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the remaining marinade ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to salad dressing bottle or other container, seal and refrigerate till ready to use.

Advanced Preparation:

  • By all means prepare in advance and refrigerate till needed.
