Lars's Cajun Blast Seasoning

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper corns
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper corn
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- ½ tablespoon dried oregano
- ½ tablespoon dried thyme
Procedure:
- With a mortar and pestal, grind salt, cumin seed, white & black peppercorns
- In a bowl, combine and mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months
